I would have to say that pretty much every single apartment or full house rental I rent goes through the entire cleaning process. Sometimes the entire deal is actually contingent upon it. The Potential Con is-Well, what if the tenant doesn’t do the work? Or what if the work is complete and you are not satisfied at the standard it has been completed at?

At the end of the day cleaning has to be completed-I always suggest that the owner takes care of it if at all possible before the Rental Apartment actually goes on the market.
